Policy

I value your time so much! So I ask for as much notice as possible when rescheduling and canceling appointments. This is so I can optimize everyone’s visit the best I can! However 48 notice is required when canceling. In the event of a 48 hour cancellation or no show, 40% of your service will be charged. They’re on forward, if another appointment is missed, a 100% deposit is required when booking a future appointments. Thank you for your understanding, looking forward to your next visit! All forms of credit and debit cards are excepted, with a 3.5% transactional fee. Cash is preferred.

In the event there is something you’re unhappy with about your services provided, please notify me within 7 days of your appointment and I’ll be happy to tweak what is necessary. After 7 days a new service will have to be booked.
